Observed several dishes stored at the clean dishes rack that upon separation, had a lot of water still trapped between the nested dishes. The person in charge separated the nested dishes so they could finish air-drying. All equipment and food contact surfaces must be air-dried after properly cleaning and sanitizing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed handwashing sink that is draining slowly. Discussed with person in charge to reach out to a plumber to service the sink before the condition gets worse. Person in charge will reach out to a plumber to service the handwashing sink. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed dishes that were stored as clean at the clean dishes rack according to the person in charge (PIC). Upon separating some of the dishes stored as clean, cheese sauce was observed stuck on the inside of one of the pans. Another pan had some greasy residue on it, and another was observed with small bits of egg on the inside of another pan. The dirty dishes in question were sent to the 3-compartment sink to be washed, rinsed and sanitized at time of inspection. Discussed with person in charge that all food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
