observed some onsite wrapped sliced ham portioned bags in the reach-in cooler at 49-51 deg f . also on site prepared green salad, and onsite prepared cole slaw, pans over filled at 50-52 deg f . showed manager. suggested smaller size pans. manager removed excess food. please ensure food prepared on site rapidly cools to 41 deg f . Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
