Observed hand wash sinks throughout the kitchen area and restrooms without hand wash signage. The establishment shall provide hand wash signage to remind employees to practice proper hand washing. Inspector provided county approved hand wash signage stickers to manager at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed multiple fluorescent lighting fixtures throughout the kitchen area and restrooms without covers on them. In addition, observed multiples holes in the walls located in maintenance closets and restrooms. The establishment shall replace the covers for all fluorescent lighting fixtures and close any gaps/holes throughout the building. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

The person in charge (PIC) provided pest control report from 07/28/2023 showing German cockroaches are being targeted an has pest control technician scheduled for treatment this week.
