>>>Observed missing caulking or dark black organic matter build up on existing caulking along both hand sinks in the kitchen and the dish area. Discussed with PIC if equipment is a fixed attachment and cannot be easily moved for proper cleaning it shall be sealed to the wall creating a smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable. Discussed with PIC to clean out old caulking and replace by next routine. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
