Observed the dishwashing machine in use with 0 ppm of chlorine sanitizer. Sanitizer line was completely disconnected from the unit and was dispensing on the ground. Manager put in a work order for the machine. Dishes were rewashed and until the unit is repaired only the 3 compartment sink will be used for dishwashing.
