Observed handwashing sink in bathroom with no hot water. Bathroom hot water was mixing at 79*F. Manager had submitted work order to have maintenance fix the issue after the previous re-inspection. Discussed following up with supervisor and submitting another work order if necessary. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. **Re-Inspection Required** Please correct prior to re-inspection. Re-inspection is scheduled by Thursday, 5/15/25. Re-inspection can be done remotely by e-mailing the inspector a picture of a thermometer under running hot water at the repaired fixture with a reading of over 100*F. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
