Per PIC they have already submitted work order to either replace or fix sink. Discussed with PIC that the sink should be sealed to wall to ensure proper cleaning. Advised person in charge (PIC) that fixed equipment shall be sealed to wall to ensure proper cleaning. PIC stated they will have the seal repaired as soon as possible.
