Observed pink organic material on guard of ice machine in main kitchen. Reviewed cleaning frequency with person in charge and discussed importance of maintaining ice machine guard clean to sight and touch. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
