PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-201.11, P: Separation-Storage Observed a sanitizer bottle being stored in dry storage area over coffee bean products. Per PIC it is not typically stored there and they have a proper location for all chemicals. Discussed the importance of storing chemicals away from food storage. Repeat Violation Core-6-501.12, C: Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions Observed sticky substance in dry storage area on floor near soda nozzles. Discussed with PIC that floor must stay clean from any sticky substances to avoid bacteria growth and possible pests.
