Observed organic matter build up on soda nozzles of soda machine located by dairy cooler. PIC stated soda nozzles are cleaned on a weekly basis. Suggested PIC soda nozzles be cleaned more frequently to avoid build-up of grime and organic matter residue. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
