Observed no chlorine test strips available at time of inspection. Establishment utilized chlorine sanitizer for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Discussed importance of having chlorine test strips to determine concentration of sanitizer levels. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection on 3/7/2025.

Observed organic matter build up on soda nozzles of soda machine located by dairy cooler. PIC stated soda nozzles are cleaned on a weekly basis. Suggested PIC soda nozzles be cleaned more frequently to avoid build-up of grime and organic matter residue. All food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
