Inspector's notes
Observed 80F hot water at front hand sink. Talked to manager, and will put in a work request. Ensure that each hand sink is capable of 100F wtaer from the hot side at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Will check back in 10 days, or send picture of obtained 100F water at the front hand sink. Visited site on 2-26-25. Manager said a repair person had come out twice, and still not permanently fixing hot water issue at front issue at front hand sink. Manager said there are shut off valves and pipes at the 3 compartment sink in the back that have to be turned on/off in the right order and not touched so as to keep hot water at front hand sink. Manager is requesting another work order to get it done correctly, and staff is not trained to know which valves are used in the back, to keep hot water at all the hand sinks. Will re-inspect within 10 days, or send picture of hot water thermometer set at over 100F at front hand sink.
