observed sanitizer concentration at produce warewashing basin at 0 ppm. informed manager. manager placed service call. re-inspection scheduled. meanwhile , recommended to use deli warewashing sanitizer till repairs made. please ensure quat ammonia in use is properly dispenser at 200 ppm. manager will contact sanitarian once repairs completed. also the produce room has spray bottles of sanitizer filled on site. noted at 0ppm concentration. showed manager. staff drained and recommended to refill at the deli 3 compartment sanitizer dispenser. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
