Dish washer after placing dirty dishes in dishwasher, went to place clean dishes on the rack without washing hand and changing gloves. Manager trained employee to wash hand properly between different tasks and he did so.

Pasta and steak were prepared the day before. The manager discarded them., Other items were placed in the cook line less than 2 hours and were placed in ice for rapid cooling.
