The pipe below the hand washing sink is broken and split in half causing water to spill on to the floor when the sink is used. The PIC stated that the sink is scheduled for repair and that the water coming from below the sink would be collected in a bucket and discarded in the mop sink . Ensure that the plumbing is properly repaired. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
