Observed build-up of organic matter on soda gun in the 'Champions Grill' bar area. PIC cleaned the soda gun at the time of inspection. Soda gun nozzles must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent the accumulation of organic matter. Discussed cleaning frequency with the PIC. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
