Observed a new 3-compartment sink for warewashing installed without approval. Discussed with operator ensure a like for like 3-compartment sink is replaced for adequate warewashing. Interim 3-compartment sink may be used for wash, rinse and sanitize. A re-inspection will be conducted on 07/01/26 to verify the adequate 3-comartment sink and to ensure it is properly sealed/caulk to wall and permanently affixed to wall. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
