Inspector's notes

Observed ice build up behind fan blades along evaporator. Water dripping from evaporator has resulted in ice build build up along the floor. PIC has stated they have had maintenance look at the unit and have been unable to repair on site. PIC has called for a repair service that will be out within the next several days. PIC will continue to break up and remove ice until evaporator is repaired. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Correct prior to next routine inspection.
