Inspector's notes

Observed a build-up of black and grey organic matter in the coca-cola soda machine nozzles. Discussed cleaning frequency with the person in charge. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Person in charge removed all nozzles and sanitized during the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
