Facility not serving any tcs food. just Coffee, and non tcs creamers. some food in the upright kitchen cooler. temperatures of perishable prepackaged tcs at 51-54 degf . per GM, all employee food. manager discarded . manager will use the cooler for non tcs food. please ensure the food cooler can maintain 41 deg f or cooler prior to operations.Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.

observed paneling installed above the 3 compartment basin. noted penetrations (where the plumbing fixtures go through the paneling) and junctures where the panel connects to the surrounding back wall exposed.(some staples utilized to keep the panel in place). please seal the wall paneling to the three compartment basin/wall paneling. use of a designated sealant/caulking reviewed. showed manager on duty.
