Paper towel not available at hand sink near three compartment sink. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Final construction inspection. Construction complete and approved. Superintendent will finish up with:1). Installing base along the steel panels in the barista area.2). Raising the shelves to 6 inches.3). Switching the dump sink hot water connection to the hot water angle stop, it is currently in the cold. 4). Adjustment of the tempering valves.This establishment/operation has been evaluated and qualifies for the issuance of the permit. To complete the permitting process, meaning issuance of this permit, and begin operation, the applicant must first submit payment of the annual operating permit fee to the Department’s Administrative Services. Note that fees paid up to this inspection approval did not include the annual operating permit fee. PAYMENT with a credit/debit card can be made via phone at 602-506-6824, Option 2. Payment with a credit/debit card can be made on-line via select “Pay a Fee” at esd.maricopa.gov. Please note that if you select payment via online, the annual operating permit fee invoice may take up to 7 business days to post online. Checks and money orders are also accepted via US Mail. If you select payment via US Mail. Pre-final walk through with the superintendent. The following items were discussed and will be addressed before the final inspection:1). Drive through window will be self closing.2). Stand pipes will be mounted for the espresso machine drain lines.3). The cove with roof drain will be covered with FRP.4). The lip of the mop sink will be siliconed at the floor juncture.5). The exhaust fan will be operational in the north restroom.6). The mop sink will be caulked in at the top, there is caulk but it has gaps and is recessed. Provide a flush or beveled away from the wall bead of caulk.7). The depression around the electric conduit near the RO system will be filled in.8) Please provide an elbow down on the AC condensate at the floor sink under the three compartment sink.9). Where the schluter comes loose form the floor next to the ice machine, please fill in,10). Please do not install the safe under the three compartment sink.11). Backflow valves will be tested and certified.12). Sneeze guard is being installed.At final inspection the RO system will be installed, all equipment in place and refrigeration equipment on and holding temperature.No County legal action will result from this inspection.E-mailed inspection report.
