Inspector's notes

Observed a wiping cloth and sanitizer bucket that were testing below the 150 -400 parts per million sanitizer concentration for quat sanitizer according to the testing strips. The person in charge replaced the sanitizer bucket with a new sanitizer bucket that was within the appropriate range for quat sanitizer. Discussed with person in charge to regularly check the sanitizer using their testing strips and to replace when the sanitizer drops below that level. All wet wiping cloths must be stored in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations. Wiping cloths were placed in sanitizer buckets with approved sanitizer concentrations at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
