Person in charge indicated that the water heater had been turned down and they adjusted it up. Observed 100*F at all hand sinks and 110*F at all other sinks excepts for the sink in the women's restroom (maximum measured internal water temperature of 67*F); person in charge indicated there was a leak coming from the hot water supply line, so it was disabled. The dumpster is less than 300 feet from the backdoor.3. Provide trim around the kitchen’s entrance from the restrooms’ side. ½ of exposed dry wall and studs on this door frame.4. Provide missing clean out covers (3) on the cleanout inside the kitchen.5. Trim off excess foam at hood and soda chase penetrations then provide silicone on top of the foam.6. Refinish the floor inside the soda fountain station. The concrete floor around the floor sink is very rough and not level. Sand down the concrete extruding above the floor sink’s lip and make sure the floor is flushed with the floor sink.2. Remove any copper downstream from the backflow preventer for the soda carbonator.
