Handwashing sink in kitchen was blocked by ladder stored in front of it. Employee moved ladder elsewhere. Handwashing sinks shall be free of obstruction and available for use at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Multiple cans of aerosol bug spray observed being stored on top of paper towel dispenser at handwashing sink in kitchen. Brought to attention of person in charge to remove. All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite. PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
