Person in charge called a technician who fixed the unit at the time of inspection (chlorine sanitizer reading at 50 ppm). Discussed the importance of all units being able to dispense appropriate sanitizer concentrations (chlorine 50-100 ppm, Quaternary Ammonia 200-400 ppm) to properly sanitize food contact surfaces.
