Establishment has a build up of food debris or other matter in the following locations: At the floor and floor sink under the front service counter below the customer self service soda tower. The interior of the beverage tower for the drive through. Have areas cleaned and maintained. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection. 6-501.11 - Core: Repairing -Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures-Methods Addl Notes: The following areas of the establishment are in need of repair or replacement: At the floor sink adjacent to the fryer station, grout and tile surfaces have degraded and are no longer smooth and easily cleanable. At the walk in door, grout and floor tile surfaces have degraded and are no longer smooth and easily cleanable. Near the entrance to the walk-in refrigerator, protective corner flashing at the wall junctions has been damaged and is separating from the wall.
