Observed Pico de Gallo made on 11/14 and has been in open top make table nearest to ware washing machine for over 24hours at a temperature of 45-46*F . Observed cheese at a temperature of 48-50*F in the same open top make table over 24hours. Person in charge advised all Temperature sensitive foods must stay at a temperature of 41*F or less.
