Noted numerous items in walk-in cooler (ham, diced chicken, shredded cheese, chopped veggies, eggs) at 47-55-f. Walk-in has gone down. Per mgmt. these items have been out of temp <4 hrs. A cooler repair service is already on the way. A re-inspection will be done later today. If cooler is still not working all items will be embargoed and a permit Suspension issued. PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-501.16(A)(2) and (B) - Priority: Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Cold Holding.
