Discussed using time as a control with GM for the butter in the roller near toaster. Discussed updating labels used for the butter on the bread roller to automatically display discard time of 4 hours after prep. Other options include temperature controlling butter above 135*F or having the butter tested by a qualified laboratory to show that the butter used by Smashburger is non-TCS.
