Reviewed and discussed: time as control 4 Hr policy and procedures for cut lettuces, cut tomatoes; and American cheese slices. Currently blue cheese and white Asiago cheese; and shredded American cheese is on temperature control. Recommend: ice bath methods for cheeses on temperature control. Adding new fresheners in both restrooms.

Observed three hand sinks inside establishment with no paper towels or hand drying provision. Hand sink by managers office; hand sink by counter entrance; women's restroom hand sink all with no paper towels. Notified Person In Charge (PIC).
