Observed 50*F-53*F peeled hard boiled eggs, 52*F yogurt cups, 60*F fruit from container labeled refrigerate after opening, 63*F cream cheese, 70*F butter at the breakfast area. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. PIC stated TCS food items had been brought out from the fridge 4 hours prior. TCS food items held over 41*F for greater than 4 hours were discarded at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
