According to Store Manager hot water heater is on order and ETA was missed. Freezer has been repaired to within specification and parts are still on order for walk in cooler. Currently there is no food cold holding in walk in only front cold holding units on sales floor. Contact Maricopa County Environmental services when repair has been performed Next re-inspection shall be no later than July 31, 2026

Observed the following food items cold holding at internal temperature of 59-70 deg F in a walk-in freezer that holding temperature >41 deg F. Crinkle cut French fries, Ice cream and slushie, chicken meat balls, tater tots, chicken fries, chicken sandwiches and mixed vegetables. Manager informed the food items had been holding in unit since night prior and discarded. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed the walk-in freezer holding temperature at 57.9 deg F (according to the min/max thermometer) all TCS food items was discarded in unit. Manager informed they will not be receiving a shipment for at least 10 days. Large display reach in freezer in retail area is holding within specification and adequate for amount of food they will have during this time. Large walk-in cold unit is holding temperature at 46.6 deg F (according to the min/max thermometer). TCS food items cold holding in unit was holding within temperature and was redirected to the large retail reach in unit. Manager informed they will not get a shipment for the walk in for at least 10 days and the amount of cold holding is sufficient for TCS food cold holding currently. Manager has called for repair Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
