Do not use unapproved methods. Establishment is to cover the raw concrete with an approved surface or sealant to make the area non-absorbent, smooth, and easily cleanable. Employee proceeded to wipe down rinsing compartment of the 3-comp sink, changed task and prepare to handle food again. Employee was stopped prior to handling food and asked to wash hands at time of inspection. All food employees must wash hands in between changing tasks.
