Observed menu with asterisks next chicken products, cheese products, bacon sandwich, and salmon dinner. Chef stated that these products are cooked all the way through and not undercooked. Discussed with chef that these items do not require an asterisk and it should be removed. If asterisk is not removed from salmon it would require a parasite destruction sheet. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
