Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. Employee handled raw chicken, touched fryer basket handle and fryer buttons without washing hands, then another employee touched the fryer basket handle to work with the cooked chicken. Manager had employees wash hands. Discussed dividing the employees' tasks to prevent cross contamination.
