No County legal action will result from this inspection.At the time of inspection, both mechanical dishwashers (bar and dish pit) were not registering any detectable amounts of chlorine based sanitizer. The dishwasher at the dish pit was connected to an empty sanitizer bucket and the dishwasher at the bar appeared to have an issue with the sanitizer line. No dishes had been washed on the day of inspection prior to observation. Staff swapped out empty sanitizer bucket for a new one at the time of inspection, primed the line, and registered acceptable levels of sanitizer. Instructed bar staff to wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes at the bar at the kitchen dish pit until dishwasher service provider visited the establishment. Discussed hand washing, protecting outer openings, and date-marking with manager.
