No County legal action will result from this inspection.Observed a hose with a shut-off valve attached to the faucet at the mopsink without a hose bib or atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB). Had PIC remove the hose and discussed that the hose should not be kept attached to the faucet. Install a hose bib by next routine inspection. A violation may be written if a hose bib is not installed on the mopsink faucet by next routine inspection. PIC mentioned potentially doing a remodel, discussed submitting a remodel with plan review in the future.

Inspector's notes

Observed containers of sprinkles and cookie crumbs stacked on top of each other without lids between them. Had PIC unstack the containers and place lids on them. Discussed with PIC that containers should be stacked so that they do not contaminate the food items within them. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
