Either provide pipe to floor sink to maintain bin stationary or empty water in to approved floor sink. Condensate drainage and other non-SEWAGE liquids and rainwater shall be drained from point of discharge to disposal according to LAW. Liquid food wastes and rainwater can provide a source of bacterial contamination and support populations of pests. Proper storage and disposal of wastes and drainage of rainwater eliminate these conditions. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Per employee, dairy containers were placed in reach in cooler within normal time parameters. Instructed employee to remove dairy containers and move to working cold holding unit and not store any TCS foods in reach in cooler until repaired. A repair order was placed at time of inspection. Ambient temperature of reach in cooler was 46.5*F and 44.2*F, taken with inspector min/max irreversible thermometer.
