Observed stainless pot of tikka masala sitting inside a dry hot well at 99*f degrees. Per kitchen staff item was placed on element to reheat 30 minutes prior. Discussed using a device that is designed to rapidly reheat, not hot hold. Establishment has a large gas stove. Item reheated to 165*f degrees. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed mango yogurt cup, rose flavored yogurt cup, and mixed veggie yogurt improperly cold holding at 47-49*f degrees inside front service counter fridge. Per PIC all items were removed from fridge and left out on the counter while cleaning the interior of the fridge 30 minutes prior. Discussed moving items to a different cooler while cleaning fridge. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
