Inspector's notes

**3rd consecutive violation** Observe opened bottle of half and half near the coffee station in a container of water with an internal temperature of 65*F when measured with a probe thermometer. According to person in charge, half and half had been there since he arrived about 3 hours ago. Half and half was discarded at time of inspection. If TCS foods are kept on ice, ice must be replenished to keep food at 41*F and below at all times. All TCS foods must maintain internal temperatures of 41*F and below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed whole milk, reduced fat milk, strawberry milk, 2% milk, chocolate milk, bologna, hot dogs, american cheese, dozen of shelled eggs, roasted white turkey and cheese sandwich, smoked ham and cheese sandwich, and yogurt with an internal temperature of 48*f in walk-in beverage cooler. Discussed importance of monitoring cold holding equipment and pulling necessary TCS foods from shelf to prevent foodborne illness. Food from previous day was found on shelf for consumers to purchase. Items were pulled and placed in back of walk-in cooler to ensure food is not sold.
