Inspector's notes

Observed in use low temperature dish machine with final rinse chlorine concentration between 0-25 PPM in the kitchen. After three additional attempts of priming, draining, and re-running the dish machine the final rinse chlorine concentration was not observed above 25 PPM. The manager placed a service call at time of inspection. The dish machine technician was observed onsite. Final rinse chlorine sanitizer concentration observed at 50 PPM after the technician completed service. It was determined the sanitizer needed to be replaced. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
