PIC provided paper towels for hand sink. Hand washing sinks must be maintained stocked with towels to promote proper handwashing. Discussed with PIC that only chemicals needed to operate are allowed and if they are having pest issues to schedule pest control for treatment. PIC discarded cans. *Corrected at time of inspection* PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-201.11, P: Separation-Storage ---observed two containers of hand sanitizer and spray expo white board cleaner stored on small shelf above open containers of prepared tea on prep table next to three compartment sink.
