Observed Boba sitting inside hot holding unit at 125*f degrees. No time as a control policy was provided or time stamps. PIC stated establishment does not make a new batch of boba until current one runs out. Boba was out of temperature less than 2 hours at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
