Person-in-charge (PIC) was given a printed handout that included the written procedure at time of inspection. Written procedures for clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events is required onsite at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Informed person-in-charge (PIC) that test strips for the specific sanitizer used onsite are required for any sanitizers used with food contact surfaces.
