Also observed dust buildup on the shelving above the three compartment sink. Discussed to clean at a frequency to prevent the accumulation of dust. Sanitizer was diluted into the range of 150ppm - 400ppm by PIC to approved levels at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
