Observed the establishment kegging their in house cold brew coffee but having a date stamp of 4/7 (past 48 hours). Person in charge confirmed the date/time stamped on the keg was correct. Discussed the importance of date marking and time stamping all in house cold brew coffee that is kegged in house and ensure to follow the variance requirement exemption (not being kegged past 48 hours). PIC disposed of the cold brew at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 2ND REPEAT VIOLATION.
