Observed ceiling paint in the walk-in cooler peeling on the sides and corners. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that this will need to be repaired to prevent any debris from falling onto food or food surfaces. PIC is in the process of getting it fixed. PIC has plastic covering the food to prevent contamination already in place. Food is being protected.
