kitchen hand washing basin was blocked with pans and jugs/articles inside the basin. discussed with manager. please ensure the hand washing basin is available and accessible. also at the hand washing basin, no hot water. per manager a work order has been placed for the mixing faucet. please assure the handwashing stations are provided with minimum 100 deg F, warm water. re-inspection scheduled, 2-10-2026 6-301.12 - Priority Foundation: Hand Drying Provision.
