Spoke with PIC and items were past date of expiration and were discarded at the time of inspection. Recommend checking dates at the start of shift and if items are removed from freezer to thaw then update date mark with day it was pulled from the freezer. Email sent with guidance document date marking with items that were frozen. TCS food needs to be clearly marked to indicate the date or day the food shall be consumed on premises, sold, or discarded when held at a temperature of 41°F or less for a maximum of 7 days.
