Observed juicer stored near ice machine with white debris on interior roller of machine and food debris in hopper on top of juicing machine. Jicer shall be cleaned at a frequency specified by the manufacturer, or absent manufacturer specifications, at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
