Observed several boxes of boba, straws and other single use containers stored directly on the ground throughout the back part of the facility. Discussed with Person in Charge (PIC) Food, equipment and single use containers must be stored at least 6 inches off the ground at all times to prevent contamination from the premises. Per Person In Charge (PIC) the pitchers were filled from larger batches made on 12/31 from the walk-in refrigerator. PIC added date marks at the time of inspection. Also observed ziploc bags of pork BBQ dumplings, bao chicken dumplings and bao pork dumplings in the short refrigerator next to the prep table missing date marks. Per PIC the dumplings and bao were thawed more that 1 to 2 days prior to inspection. PIC date marked the pork BBQ dumplings, bao chicken dumplings and bao pork dumplings at the time of inspection. Discussed with PIC all RTE/TCS foods must be date marked after 24 hours and used within 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection

Priority Foundation-5-202.12 (A), Pf: Handwashing Sinks, Installation; Proper Temperature, Mixing Faucet. For a permanent fix to this violation, check out these simple tools in our Active Managerial Control Toolbox, made especially for you. https://www.maricopa.gov/4573/AMC-Toolbox---Handwashing.---Observed hand sink with a label stating that it should not be used. PIC stated that the hand sink has been turned off, due to it leaking large amounts of water from the drain when in use. Hand sink is unable to dispense adequate hot water for proper handwashing. All plumbing systems must be maintained in good repair. Repair/replace prior to re-inspection ensuring 100'F water is available at hand sink. Re-inspection will occur on July 31st, 2023. Discussed with person in charge that all restroom doors shall be completely enclosed and provided a self-closing door.
